Brian and I met 12 years ago while working at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, and we quickly bonded over our shared passion for great food and hospitality. Along the way, we’ve made wonderful friendships with people across the food and beverage world, which has helped us create events that feel effortless and unforgettable.
When we got married in 2019, those same friends came together to plan and bring our wedding to life—without ever being asked! It was such a special, magical experience that truly touched our hearts and showed us the power of community.
Inspired by that moment, we started Honey Hole Hospitality—an elevated catering and private dining company with a heartfelt mission to create events that are not only memorable but also warm, inviting, and personal. We love inspiring people to explore food in new ways, while fostering genuine connection and joy. A big part of my come up was the classical training I received during my apprenticeship. It provided me with a solid foundation and deep understanding of both basic and complex flavor profiles teaching me how to manipulate ingredients using classic cooking techniques.
Today, I'm inspired to apply those same classical philosophies and techniques with the finest ingredients from local farms and ranches, serving them at their peak growing season, and presenting them in a modern way.
Spending time at the farms and getting my hands in the dirt has given me the rare opportunity to plan dishes around whole ingredients, from leaf to root, and truly showcase the best organic farming in Colorado.

My passion for hospitality began with a deep interest in the culinary world and a fascination with how flavors, ingredients, and beverages come together to elevate each dish. Early on, I discovered the joy of creating experiences that bring people together, and I fell in love with the sense of connection that comes from serving others.
Over time, my focus has shifted toward delivering an elevated dining experience, where every detail is intentionally crafted. Today, I combine my knowledge of food and drink with a commitment to sustainability, incorporating local, seasonal agricultural byproducts into my beverage programs. By exploring the culinary history of each dish, I create thoughtful pairings that add depth and purpose to the entire meal. This approach allows me to offer more than just a dining service—it’s about creating meaningful moments of celebration that unite people through care, attention, and detail.
